For 25 years a committed group of community volunteers and a dedicated group of sponsors have ensured the success of the Juneteenth Banquet and Festival events. The Daytona Beach Juneteenth Festival is the largest and longest-running Juneteenth event in the state of Florida.

Juneteenth Family Festival
Celebrate Juneteenth with the Juneteenth Family Festival - a day filled with free family fun. With a wide variety of vendors, food trucks, and community organizations, our festival offers something for everyone. Our unique choo-choo train ride is a favorite among attendees, while live music and engaging games keep the excitement high. Our festival brings together families from all walks of life to celebrate African American heritage and culture.

Juneteenth Community Parade
Join us for the Juneteenth Community Parade, a celebration of freedom and community. We are honored to partner with Bethune-Cookman University to bring together the best and brightest middle and high school bands from the surrounding area. Our parade is a family-friendly event that brings together the community to celebrate the progress that's been made and the work that still needs to be done. Bring your family and friends and join us for a day of music, food, and fun!

At the Juneteenth Hometown Heroes Banquet, we believe that it’s important to recognize our local heroes. That’s why we take pride in honoring the community leaders and unsung heroes who have made significant contributions to those around them. We believe that it starts with celebrating the people who make an impact, and that’s what we’re all about. Join us in honoring those who have helped make our community a better place to live.
